About The Configuration of this Event:

1. We are using Custom CSS to hide the pricing information just about everywhere for only this event. You’ll notice on the other types of events you can still see the pricing information. See also: http://help.eventsmart.com/article/146-tips-for-lots-of-free-events
   1. We are hiding the prices on the event details page
   2. We are hiding the prices on the event registration page
   3. We are hiding the “ticket details” link on the event details page
2. Each ticket has its own capacity limits
3. We have used the Advanced Event Editor re-arrange the order of the elements of the page so that the ticket is at the top (it’s the primary call to action), with the details of the event at the bottom.
4. We are NOT asking for the contact information for each person who wants a ticket, but you CAN do that (like on other events). So, in this case, we are choosing to only get the contact information from one person who is getting all the tickets in their name.

Optionally:

• You could limit the ticket purchased to 1, by editing the event and setting the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:” setting from 10 to 1.
